She has a whole list of experts on call. Paperwork is quickly created and signed even quicker. Forthcoming, quick, and skilled.

As for her professionalism, we had a potential buyer for our home who tried to do some underhanded maneuvering, and while I think most people would have been happy to angrily vent about how rotten & sneaky that was (I certainly would have!), Kelli always remained above the fray and the consummate professional in how she dealt with it.
