We were on the phone within half an hour, and we had a viewing Sunday afternoon (which was our first availability). When we arrived, he had already done a full walk-through, turned on lights, and got familiar with the house. We put an offer in the next day and he took care of all the paperwork for us throughout the process. He was always readily available when we had questions or wanted to meet in person to sign paperwork. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a responsive and efficient agent.
