Brett has a very calming influence, bringing a sense of stability to the negotiation process and always giving us options and possibilities. His wife Tracy did an amazing job with the paperwork, prompting us when we needed to do something. The closing was very smooth and very easy. They also suggested an inspection team and gave us a very objective look at the property and what we could expect from the older home.

Brett and his team really responded quickly. Do to health changes, we needed solutions quick and they delivered! They were very kind and accommodating regarding my health issues while at the same time, were moving quickly to secure a much needed single story home. Great job!!
