Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. You know that Rob truly cares about his clients! We have found or forever home but if anything ever changes we know we can depend on Rob Davis to help us again.

Liana is great. She came to our first meeting fully prepared. She had or found an answer to everything we asked. And when push comes to shove, she can close the deal. Inspection issues? She has a whole list of experts on call. Paperwork is quickly created and signed even quicker. Forthcoming, quick, and skilled.

Sold my house in 1 day, priced right and found me my new dream home! Also made a friend for life!
