Walked me through the whole process, including what buyers feedback was going to be, what they were going to ask for, and history of competitive houses on the market. Plus, I could tell this woman was going to simply get things done! And I was right. Hired on a Wednesday and had 4 offers over asking price by Sunday - how outstanding is that?!?! I almost never called her with questions about what was happening with the process ... because she called me first. Communication was exemplary from the first meeting through closing. I simply couldn't have asked for more from a seller's agent.
