This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. I never had to worry about anything around the house, I knew that Jim had it all handled. He was key in helping me receive the max dollars from my property and recommended key improvements that resulted in a home that sold at a price exceeding my expectations. I will be recommending Jim to any friend/colleague that needs to buy or sell a home. Anything he says - just do it. He knows what he is doing and has such a wealth of experience and is driven to make the experience the best for whomever he represents. I truly believe there couldn't be a better realtor out there. I'm still amazed at how this experience went while there was a global pandemic going on - bottom line - Listen and work with Jim :) He knows what he is doing and he's got it all under control. Nick was very goto work with in selling my home. His marketing and promotion plan was impressive. He did everything he said he would do and was very helpful in negotiating a final sale price. Nick followed through all the way to closing I would recommend Nick for any future real estate business.
