Anna was an amazing agent! She kept my fiancé & I in the loop at all times! If I had any questions, she would tell me right away &or figure it out asap! She was very informative about everything with the house. If she noticed something, she pointed it out & told us about it. She was there every step of the way. Honestly a great experience with her. She was herself & not like trying to hard to be someone she was not. She also was very knowledgeable, she would explain everything, to where we could understand it well! I will be recommending her to anyone & everyone that ask about agents. We enjoyed her a lot!

Honest, up front-tells how it is; knows what has to be done to get top dollar; has connections & high expectations with contractors you may need; uses professional photographer who artfully captures the features of your property; stays in touch; easy to reach; answers questions you may have; special ability to negotiate fairly, keeping your interests in mind when finalizing final deal. I do not hire anyone on "He is good. You will really like him." I interviewed Scott by phone ( I live 600 miles away) & he was the one who I could trust & had the answers for this very challenging job. He was totally in charge & got things done. The house was listed, sold in a short time, & closed a few days before Christmas. I feel like he is a friend & he will be getting the listing of our land in Lee's Summit .
