We found out in early September that we would have to move out of our rental by the end of the year and as first-time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. But thanks to Christie, we ended up finding the perfect home within one month, in early October, in this market. Truly incredible! Christie and her team were amazing to work with: responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely organized. She made every step feel seamless and easy to understand, which meant a lot to us as first-time home buyers. Special shoutout to Patrick from Christie's team. He made last minute adjustments to get us in to see the house we ultimately ended up buying, something we are extremely grateful for! Without Christie and the help of her team, we wouldn't be where we are today, in our perfect home! If you're looking to buy or sell, we highly recommend Sold in the Lou!!

Caution! Only list with Deanna Eberts if you want to sell your home quickly for the top price. Also, if you're opposed to feeling like a realtor's 'one-and-only' client, Deanna's not for you. She's on top of her game and thoroughly knowledgeable about her market. We wouldn't list with anyone else in the St. Louis area.
