It was a pleasant experience to work with Eric and his team. In my opinion they went way beyond in everything that I thought they would do. I would and have done already recommended your team to handle a real estate transaction.

Daryl made the whole process of selling my condo as easy and smooth as it could be. If there was something I didn't understand, he took the time to explain. For any decision that had to be made, he would go over the options and would give his recommendation; but the decision was 100% mine, no pressure. He even dealt with the HOA president, who was something less than cooperative. Hopefully won't be moving anytime soon, but will be calling Daryl for any future real estate needs.
