He was able to sell the house without us having to do any repairs and not have to deal with any headaches during the process and he was able to get us above the price that he recommended. I have to say it was a very great experience working with Pete he was very knowledgeable and friendly and sympathetic as well. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

It was a real pleasure working with Leslie. She had a professional photographer the next day at are home. We had multiple offers within in 2 days and over asking. Leslie explained the good and bad of each one. Closing was a breeze thanks to Leslie, she answered every call and email. She has also found homes for my sister and mother.
