We contacted Pete Elsner shortly after our father died. We had a house in South county that we needed to sell. Pete came out and looked at the house and gave us an estimated price of what we could sell the house for in its present condition. He was able to sell the house without us having to do any repairs and not have to deal with any headaches during the process and he was able to get us above the price that he recommended. I have to say it was a very great experience working with Pete he was very knowledgeable and friendly and sympathetic as well. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.
