Marie is the best realtor I have ever used and I have had a lot of recent experience in buying and selling houses. She was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Marie was very responsive to my questions and needs. She was excellent in communicating with me and the seller. She consistently sent me the documents I needed to sign in a timely fashion. Marie always gave me sound advice when requested. Marie was friendly and flexible, a pleasure to work with. If I decide to sell my primary residence, I will request her services.

I had an incredible experience with Marie. As a first time seller the entire process felt very over whelming at first for me due to the fact I was taking care of my sick husband also. Marie came in and said don't worry about a thing I will take care of everything and she kept her word and went way above it. Marie knows the market inside and out, when I became anxious about inspections, closing questions, etc. she handled it with total professionalism and kept me completely calm. Maries communication was fast, clear and reassuring. If you need a dedicated, knowledgeable realtor who truly looks out for your best interests, I cannot recommend Marie Needy-Kohler enough!

Marie helped us sell our parents home and was wonderful to work with. She was quick to meet us, organized, efficient and helped in any way she could. Had a contract within 3 days of listing and when that fell through (no fault of ours or Marie’s) she had another offer fast. Really enjoyed working with Marie and highly recommend.

I’m a new homebuyer and it was a struggle to find the right place for myself. I hit a lot of roadblocks and encountered some duds and missed out on others but then I finally found the right place and Connie was a huge help! She helped me get in to see the place and then walked me through steps of putting in an offer and gaining the seller’s attention. When my offer was accepted, Connie continued to help walk me through the process of what to expect and all the next steps. She came to my closing as well and was such a huge support and continued to answer my questions I had as a new homeowner. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend for the new homeowner.

Connie helped me sell a rental property. She helped get it under contract quickly and answered all my questions along the way. She was always very responsive when I needed something. Thanks Connie!

Connie was incredibly sweet, thoughtful, receptive, on top of her game, and a pleasure to work with. She worked proactively on my behalf (which as a first time buyer coming from out of state, was so so appreciated) and responded incredibly fast to every question that was sent. She helped me land a house that was just PERFECT for my needs, and even helped with tasks and details (like closing walk through) that I couldn’t attend due to being out of state. I couldn’t recommend her work more highly, and Connie’s thoughtfulness, sweetness, and highly organized focus will be a wonderful lasting memory from my move to St. Louis!
