Marcia presented a fair and accurate appraisal of the property and what was needed to help it sell quickly. She was always on top of the situation be it returning calls/texts/emails, getting lien waivers submitted, or talking with the title company. She had an excellent marketing plan spanning a few mediums. Marcia had a “catalog” of connections to affordable and responsive vendors which was incredibly helpful. She was always professional and appropriately personal. I highly recommend her.

Dana did a wonderful job of getting our house on the market quickly. We had an open house that first weekend and over 30 viewings within 5 days.
