I was referred to Rhonda through a family member. She's a very nice person to work with. My property didn't sell as I'd hope it would, so it went through several price decreases and ended up selling in a short sale months and months later. Rhonda was very educated and had lots of resources and was able to walk me through the entire process. She is an extremely patient person because this deal took so much time. If you want a Realtor that treats you like family she's your person. She's very personable and easy to get along with.

Robin listed and sold my house. Though the timing and circumstances surrounding the listing were not ideal, Robin was there to reassure me through the process. Robin was absolutely amazing and never hesitated to answer my calls or keep me informed on what was going no matter what time it was. Robin was straight forward with answers and wasn't afraid to tell me when I was being unrealistic and to talk me off the proverbial ledge. Robin walked me through every step of the process and not once did I feel like I did not know what was happening. When it came time to address the inspection and make requested changes, Robin's rolodex of reasonable and experienced contractors was second to none.
