Charlene did such an outstanding job helping sell the two homes in a short amount of time. She stayed in constant contact and kept everyone informed on all progress, helped negotiate those sometimes sticky requests that need more finesse than people like me have, and remained very professional & caring. She worked so hard to keep the contracts moving forward & offered possible solutions when things seemed to be at an en passé. I cannot recommend Charlene enough to meet anyone’s real estate needs!
