KNOWS HIS STUFF!

I needed to sell my Aunt's house in Jackson and was at a loss as to where to begin because I was from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. I called James, who came promptly the next day and analyzed the value of the home for me. He was also helpful in recommending a contractor for repairs, an appraiser, and a lawn maintenance contractor. He checked on the property for me several times because I was unable to get there and did an excellent job finding buyers for the home. Would recommend James 100%.
