Through telephone calls, texts and email messages, she communicated clearly, and in a timely fashion, answers to the questions that we had. Denise made recommendations with regard to certain matters but made it clear that we would be making the final decisions. When there were questions about whether the projected buyers would be able to secure the necessary funding, Denise was in regular communication with their realtor and kept us up to date on what was happening.
