Very professional and easy communication style. Gave examples of comps and selling prices. Showed price rang for selling purposes. Explained current interest rate. Very easy to work with. My property was one that would not be easy to sell because of size of house and acreage, yet he sold in a quick time. He spent so much of his time in negotiating with potential buyers and their real estate agents. Exceptional real estate agent who gives his all. Very pleasant person who cares for both seller and buyer. Pricing the property correctly. I would recommend him to anybody.

Kim made our whole house buying and selling experience as low stress as we could have possibly dreamed for. She helped us with our house hunting process in ways that we didn't expect but really needed and thus helping us find our dream home. She helped stage our house that allowed for us to get a full ask offer in a challenging housing market and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results and how she handled everything. Saying she went above and beyond is a gross understatement. Even when going through the closing process, there were things happening on the buyers end that we didn't need to know at the time but she kept us in the loop for what we needed but shielded us from things we couldn't control and would only stress about. She gave us the perfect amount of proactive communication and was always willing to answer whatever questions we had while never hiding any information. We would 100% use her again if we ever needed an agent and cannot recommend her and her team enough!
