When we first met David we looked at a lot of houses in Owatonna, Ellendale,Waseca and even Albert Lea. He went that extra mile for us and even when we put a hold on house hunting he never gave up on us and then we found the house we love. Anyone comes our way saying there looking for a house we will say call David Bauer right away. ( Thanks David for all you did for us )

Working with John was nothing but a pleasant experience. He was always willing and able to set up showings, meet, answer questions and assist in any way he could at a moments notice, even though he lives an hour away from where we were buying. He is extremely knowledge with background as an appraiser as well. I always felt comfortable asking him general home-buying questions as a first time homebuyer. I would highly recommend his services!
