Chad is very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, honest and trustworthy. He made my home selling experience as stress free as possible and in the end, has strong negotiating skills. He always responded very quickly to all of my emails, texts or phone calls, even when he was vacationing out of the country! Since I had already moved out of state when my home was listed, Chad managed when the lawn needed to be cut or the snow removed as I was not present to determine that. He also made it a point to check on my house in Oronoco every week and do a walk through to make sure everything looked good and was functioning properly, which gave me piece of mind. At one of his visits to check on my house, he found a water leak in which he acted quickly to prevent any further damage to my home. After the inspection, he also took care of hiring a handyman to do all the required repairs on my house. Overall, I was very impressed with Chad and how smoothly the whole experience went, especially with me living out of state.
