Barb sold our deceased daughter's house. We live in Florida and the house is in Minnesota. Barb went above and beyond my expectations. She arranged all of the repairs, cleaning, inspections, Etc. We did not meet Barb in person until months after the closing so I could tell her THANK YOU FOR A GREAT JOB in person.

We contacted Matt in the morning and he came to our house that very afternoon. The next day he had comps for us to help us decide what we should list our house at. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. He was kind, knowledgeable and humorous. He always answered our texts and calls right away. No matter how busy he was he made us feel like his number one priority. We would highly recommend Matt (and have already) to sell and/or buy your home!
