Always sets up showings and meets me at properties as soon as I text him. Every once in a while I work with Mike (who is also great) when Joe can't meet me. He does what he says he will do. He is quick to respond to my calls, emails, texts etc. and has gotten properties accepted for me late in to the evenings and early into the mornings. Hard worker doesn't begin to describe Joe.
