By the end of my journey in finding a home with Hannah, I affectionately referred to her as my Emotional Support Realtor. I was referred to Hannah by my cousin who had recently utilized her expertise in buying a home. I had just got done selling my previous home and had an absolutely painful experience with another realtor from a different company. Because of that realtor’s unprofessionalism, clear conflict of interest, and bias I was given untruthful information that lead me sell the house in the first place because of my divorce for which I would not have otherwise. I was skeptical of realtors at this point after understanding the motivation was the loss of the commission if I chose not to sell. Hannah not only gained my trust in the profession but in her as a highly trained professional who truly loves what she does. She eats, sleeps, and breathes finding homes for each particular person and family. Once I decided to build, she was with me every step of the way, checking in on me not only for the next steps in the building process but me as a person going through a traumatic time - a complete upheaval of my entire life. At a builders meeting I had to bring my 3 year old son to, she ended up entertaining him for me with LEGO she had in her purse and going through the attached model home with him. When I moved into the new build, she could not accompany me to my closing because of COVID restrictions, despite me attempting to get her an Emotional Support Realtor vest. Haha. So she came to bring me and my family turned movers pizzas after closing and even stayed to help me move. In her wedged winter boots I might add, like an absolute Boss. Hannah the realtor became Hannah the friend. A true rock to lean on in a time of great uncertainty for me. I would recommend Hannah to anyone looking to buy or sell their home - she is truly a genuine human that absolutely thrives in the realty business.
