Dan did a great job of landing the house we wanted in a hot market and navigating the selling process to get the best possible outcome for us. Great communication along the way made it stress-free

Bridgette was great to work with and I would highly recommend her and the Edina Reality team to friends and family. She helped us find the perfect home and took the time to assist my daughter and husband as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I’ve been in the home building industry for nearly 20 years and Dennis is hands-down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He was so thorough with researching the comparables in our area and knew the market extremely well. When it came time to list he pulled out all the stops, coordinated a virtual tour & high level professional photography, organized a stager to review the home and even scheduled a painter to professionally paint one of our rooms. All this was within a week and a half so we could list our home quickly to make sure we hit the fall sales season. When the offers came in he was so helpful and ready to answer our questions. He’s extremely detailed and had great insights into all the contractual areas that we didn’t understand. I highly recommend Dennis!

Kyle is a one of a kind Real Estate Agent. This is my second house process with Kyle, and the third for my husband. Throughout each buy, Kyle has continued to provide a large about of education and knowledge into the process while always keeping us laughing. Cannot say enough amazing things about Kyle. He is quick in communication, clear on what is realistic in price range and makes the entire process much easier than expected.
