When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate a price, Gretchen never made us feel an pressure to go higher/lower but she always made sure we had all the facts to make an informed offer. Thanks to her help we got a great house, at a good price, in a fantastic location and couldn't be happier! As first time buyers, we couldn't have dreamed of a better realtor.
