My husband and I recently purchased our first home with Gretchen's help and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We met her an an open house she was hosting two year prior to us starting our official search. She was warm and welcoming and very understanding of just how early we were in the process. Gretchen gave us her card and a list of other open house taking place that day - we hung her card up on the fridge and she was my first call two years later! Gretchen was great at keeping us from getting ahead of ourselves and always kept us informed on what to expect. She is always quick to respond to an email or setup a showing; she was/is amazing! When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate a price, Gretchen never made us feel an pressure to go higher/lower but she always made sure we had all the facts to make an informed offer. Thanks to her help we got a great house, at a good price, in a fantastic location and couldn't be happier! As first time buyers, we couldn't have dreamed of a better realtor.
