My husband & I worked with Heidi to sell a home and purchase a new home. The first time we met with her, it felt like we were getting together with a friend...she was very professional, yet so friendly and genuine. Heidi was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and explained all the steps along the way. We never hesitated to call or text her if we had questions, because she encouraged us to do so and always answered right away. Her knowledge of the industry made us trust her completely and put our minds at ease. She always went above and beyond to be available and prepared for us (I felt like we were her only client!) For example, one evening we went to look at a potential house and went right from there to take a second look at a house that we liked. She had the foresight to bring paperwork for both houses just in case we wanted to put in an offer on either and we were able to do so right after the showing. I cannot imagine going through the process with any other realtor. She’s amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
