Jenna was great and helpful, I had a lot of fun working with her looking for the house I bought. She helped me look at a lot of different homes, and we had to put in a few offers before we found the one I ended up with.

The process of selling a house is one of the most complex things that we have ever experienced. The fact that Ilya Zderchuk was our realtor, made this experience much less painful than it could have been. His tenacity dealing with unforeseen requirements of the process made this event much simpler for us. He was always diligent about updating us with changes in status. His professional attitude and friendly demeanor were huge factors in helping us get through this emotional time. We highly recommend him. We fell that we have not only gained valuable experience, but a valued friend.
