Alex made our buying and selling experience easy! From the very beginning he offered helpful advice, located potential properties to view and, when we decided to go with new construction, he set up those initial discussions. As it came time to close on our new home, he was in regular contact with the contractor, banker, and title company so that closing went off without any problems. He proved just as helpful when selling our previous house. He arranged for beautiful pictures, recommended vendors to make some sale-ready improvements and, when a last minute furnace problem developed, he was onsite supervising the work so as not to delay the next-day closing.
