Kim is an awesome real estate agent. She is very devoted in taking care of all of our needs. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the market and real estate in general was outstanding. She goes the extra mile working nights & weekends. Not just a normal 9-5 job. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. Communication on keeping us posted concerning our sale was terrific. She definitely went the extra mile. Charlie was amazing from the first day walking into a model home for inspiration to walking us though the process and finally the closing. Managing four kids under 9, we had visited “Charlie’s house” with multiple different pairings of our kiddos. Charlie leaned into all of our experiences and really made it fun for all of us. Charlie was able to answer some of the oddest questions we had with tact. Charlie seemed like he was always available for us even when we had late nights “just past 8pm” with questions. We really appreciated Charlie’s enthusiasm and professionalism and helped us fall in love with Fieldstone Family Homes due to the amazing experience.
