He was incredibly responsive and devoted to helping us get the property we wanted AND helped us list and sell our other property in record time! He was always quick to answer our questions (we had a lot) and went above and beyond to find resolutions to issues that came up. Having gone through the buying process a few times, Jay was definitely the best agent I have worked with! Knowledgeable, attentive, fun, and makes the whole process easy. Linda was professional, informed, and approachable. She helped me navigate some dicey financial territory as a first time home buyer and was thoughtful along the way. I asked for utility prices/contacts a few times which fell through the cracks but there’s so many moving pieces in this process , it didn’t tarnish what she brings to the table.
