Karen Daly is truly knowledgeable about the local housing market and helped us price our home just right, which helped with selling quickly. She is so wonderful at communicating clearly along every step of the process. She’s attentive to the details and helped us immensely with prioritizing the things that we needed to work on to prepare our home. Her positive attitude is contagious and we think that she had a genuine interest in helping us sell our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.
