Sarah was highly recommended by family members who had used her in the past. My experience is that she was very, very knowledgeable and knew the market well. She worked very hard at staging my mom's condo for showings and photos (not easy because condo was in need of rehab). She wrote a great listing. Michael Stotesbery was fantastic to work with. He got my places sold quickly with a brief bidding war so that it sold for more than asking price. Also, he was unbelievably helpful in coordinating any help I needed (cleaners, painters, stagers, etc - he gave me great contacts) and was the only agent I talked to who was very honest and practical in terms of what was worth spending money on and what wasn’t. If I’d listened to others, I would have spent a lot of unnecessary $ on updates. He’s very low key and easy to talk to.
