Brandon is truly outstanding in his field! From the moment he first listed our home to the day of closing he worked tirelessly on our behalf. His marketing strategy landed us a buyer that lived over two hours away. Through some difficult buyer request and objections Brandon exceeded our expectations of what a realtor could be. Where many would have given up, Brandon spent hours working toward solutions and finding common ground. His patience for our many questions, concerns, and overall inexperience in selling a home was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain each step, how the process works, and what to expect along the way. There are many realtors in the Brainerd Lakes Area, but for us, there is just one, Brandon Hedlund.

Kept an open line of communication and was reachable at any time.

We had a niche house to sell that required just the right buyer, that took some time and we didn't get on the market until summers end due to final repairs. But we did end up getting a buyer, and we found a great house to move into. The whole process went about as smoothly as you could hope for and we're very happy with our move. Jacob is very easy going and you are not hurting his feelings if the house isn't just right for you.
