Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Lynn guided me perfectly through the whole selling process and did everything possible to get the best outcome. He is very well connected which is very helpful. Lynn went above and beyond to get the best results for my sale. He is extremely professional but beyond that he is a very nice person.

Dee was very informative and when she didn't know the answer, she would research it instead of telling us false information. Dee was very flexible! Some days we would go see homes from morning til evening. Dee would give us great inputs and we really appreciated her. She made home buying really easy!
