It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

We give Kelly our strongest recommendation for her incredible work in selling our townhome in Lauderdale. From the beginning, when we interviewed prospective agents, she was the most prepared and professional (she had prepared a sales summary in our area and an expected appraisal value). The others we interviewed focused on congeniality. Her fee was significantly lower than any of the others. In addition, she provided an inexpensive approach to staging our home that involved a consultant (which she paid for). Other suggested that we clear out our belongings and hire a professional staging company. When we multiple bids, she explained carefully the value of the waiver of the inspection and appraisal contingency, which guided us to accept the best bid for us. In contrast, a neighbor who was selling through another agent seemed unaware of how much the appraisal contingency would cost him as he had unrealistic expectations for the appraisal value of his property. Moneywise, she got us our highest value and timewise, the least hassle. In summary, she is incredibly competent, extremely responsive and a joy to work with. She exceeded our expectations in every way.
