We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Barbara if you need an agent in Minneapolis.

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

We would highly recommend Kathy, Sarah and their team! They sold our home in 14 days after the listing date! They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. We were moving out of the state and they also helped us with relocating. We hope to stay in touch and would use Kathy and Sarah again in a heartbeat!

Tim was very helpful when it came to looking for our first home. Anything we wanted to look at, he was more than willing to show us and got a showing set up promptly. When it came to the negotiation process, Tim truly represented us. After a week of negotiation, the sellers went back to the original price; Tim sent the purchase agreement with our last offer in anyways and they accepted it. A hail storm came through shortly after the purchase agreement was signed. He made sure all the repairs got done before closing. A week before closing, the appraisal came in $1,200 lower than the purchase price. Tim (along with our loan officer) really put the pressure on the seller and got them to lower the price by $1,200. Saved us a house payment and then some! Tim truly worked in our favor. We couldn't be happier. We love our new home! We appreciate everything Tim has done for us and definitely would hire him again in the future.
