He came out to our house and made recommendations of having our house ready to list. He took time to write up a market analysis for us showing our house value and comps of others. As life goes we had many unforeseen obstacles to get through that drug things out. Jeremy was so understanding and patient with us and never pushy. He did two more market analysis’s for us and came out to our house to give more recommendations and comments on what we had did for updates. The repair fee was very reasonably handled, costing less than we expected. Each interaction and each response from Rochelle in a heartbeat were right and build trust on the next one. We had the best closing experience, Rochelle organized the closing as a birthday party for one of us. That is absolutely the best birthday we ever had. The cake, the cards and the flower and personal wishes and chat are so memorable. We definitely missed my agent and all of professionals she referred and helped us for such an amazing house after all was done. I want to express my great fullness to Sandy Abraham as well as Michelle. Sandy was always able to schedule her time to meet with me and my daughter and any time we asked and Michelle as well.
