Katen is knowledgeable, personable, proficient, and well-organized. She guided me through every step of the process from search to negotiation to purchase and title search, and managed the process well, coordinating with the buyer's agent and the title company to ensure that my best interests were represented. She provided me with the information about the process and the property that I needed to make well-informed decisions, made sure I knew she was available any time I had questions, and got back to me right away with the answers. She also gave me the time I needed to make decisions without any pressure. And Katen made some great suggestions about living in my new place (such as ways to work with more limited space since I was downsizing). I could not have asked for a better agent and I love my new place!

I want to express my great fullness to Sandy Abraham as well as Michelle. Sandy was always able to schedule her time to meet with me and my daughter and any time we asked and Michelle as well. This was the first time I had ever sold a house. I had lost my husband less then a year before and Michelle’s knowledge and experience made this less stressful then I anticipated.
