Having a realtor with extensive knowledge of building practices, common issues, and potential warning signs was invaluable, and I believe that it saved us both a lot of time and headache avoiding homes which may not have been a good fit. The tandem of Scott and Nick work extremely well together, and it was an extreme pleasure having both of them to assist me in finding a home that will be my own for many years.
