It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Jesse was great. We were looking for our first home, it needs to be said, in a rush. I found a property that I was interested in and Jesse was the one to call me right away. He is a great person. He didn't care about the time of day, or should I say evenings when we would go look at properties. Very friendly and you feel comfortable with him right away. He is very good at answering any questions you may have right away, and if he doesn't have the answer, he finds out asap. We couldn't be anymore satisfied with our experience with Jesse.
