Scott's wealth of knowledge in the home industry was apparent from the moment I first spoke to him, and continued to show itself through the homebuying process. Having a realtor with extensive knowledge of building practices, common issues, and potential warning signs was invaluable, and I believe that it saved us both a lot of time and headache avoiding homes which may not have been a good fit. Nick is extremely professional and knowledgeable as well, and is extremely personable - touring homes with him felt like I was going with a friend, and as such I felt extremely at ease asking for his perspective on potential issues or thoughts I had about each home. The tandem of Scott and Nick work extremely well together, and it was an extreme pleasure having both of them to assist me in finding a home that will be my own for many years.
