Jill was professional, has many years of experience selling homes, so I’m very confident that she fimd me a wonderful home and a good price. It’s also one of the buildings and homes I’ve been looking at for quite sometime so that was kind of ironic to end up buying that house..knowledgeable. Jill also did a great job in selling my current home in the process of finding my new home.

Phil's professionalism is what drew us to him in the first place. His knowledge of the real estate market, and his ability to explain it, was very helpful as we navigated the sale of mom's house. Phil, essentially, was dealing with 4 sellers - me, my 2 sisters and our brother. Needless to say, the sale of our childhood home was filled with many different emotions. We asked Phil, several times, if we could schedule a group phone call to ask him questions or for him to clarify something. Phil readily agreed and was more than happy to go over things - even if it was something that he had already gone over. He fielded many emails, texts and phone calls from each of us, individually. His response time for any sort of communication, was pretty much immediate - and, certainly, within several hours if he happened to be showing a house, holding an open house or closing on another property. I remember calling Phil, on a Sunday, several weeks before Christmas. As usual, he answered right away and asked if he could call me back in a couple of minutes. When he called back, he explained that he and his family were just getting started making Christmas cookies and he needed to get to a quieter spot so we could hear each other! That interaction is a perfect descriptor of Phil - at home on a weekend, involved in something important to him/his family, yet took time out of that, to answer my call. Could not recommend David more! He made the whole process as seamless as possible for our scenario. We were moving out of the country and wanted to sell before leaving if possible. The buyers threw some curveballs our way and David was there to help with every step of the process. He was always very quick to respond to our questions. The sale didn't end up finalizing before we left, but he helped us get everything in place while we were overseas to make sure it went through smoothly in the end.
