My husband has already written a review of Geri Theis, but I will add on to it. We are very happy with the work that Geri did to sell our home. She had good advice and kept us posted throughout the few months that it took to make the sale. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience and so happy that our house is in the hands of a family.

Our process was a rollercoaster ride for sure, but the one thing we could ALWAYS depend on was Melanie. She was there every time we called or text and if we ever got her voicemail (which only happened once or twice in 11 months) she returned our call within minutes. We never felt dumb asking her a question and she was always open and honest through the whole process. Working with her felt more like a friendship than a business relationship. We truly felt like we were her only clients the whole time and I know this isn't the case. When it came to selling our home, we made the decision on Monday evening, she took photos on Tuesday afternoon, and had it on the market by Wednesday morning. After that, it sold within a few weeks!
