I strongly believe if I didn’t have Kellie as my realtor I wouldn’t have been able to buy a house. She went to bat for me for every little or big thing I needed. If I had any questions she was there to answer them almost immediately. I will always recommend Kellie to anyone and everyone ever needing a realtor. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me.

We had an outstanding experience working with Molly and Bill Archbold. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and local knowledge that made our home-buying process smooth. They have a deep understanding of the region and how it has developed over time which was invaluable. Molly and Bill were able to move quickly when the property we ultimately purchased hit the market. Molly immediately made time to show us the home and helped us prepare and submit a competitive offer the very same night. Her guidance on offer strategy was spot-on and played a key role in getting our offer accepted. We also purchased this home remotely from several states away. Despite the added complexity, Molly and Bill made the process feel seamless. They were always available to answer questions, provide advice, and keep everything moving forward. My wife and Iå would highly recommend Molly and Bill Archbold to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Barbara if you need an agent in Minneapolis.
