Phil's professionalism is what drew us to him in the first place. His knowledge of the real estate market, and his ability to explain it, was very helpful as we navigated the sale of mom's house. Phil, essentially, was dealing with 4 sellers - me, my 2 sisters and our brother. Needless to say, the sale of our childhood home was filled with many different emotions. We asked Phil, several times, if we could schedule a group phone call to ask him questions or for him to clarify something. Phil readily agreed and was more than happy to go over things - even if it was something that he had already gone over. He fielded many emails, texts and phone calls from each of us, individually. That interaction is a perfect descriptor of Phil - at home on a weekend, involved in something important to him/his family, yet took time out of that, to answer my call.
