Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions. Where does one begin? From the very start of working alongside Kelly Miller to sell our lake home, we knew we were in very competent hands. She did research with various comps, reviewed information that we did not realize we would need to have available to potential buyers, and of course, made the listing non-stressful. Kelly was with us every step of the way, answering any questions or concerns we had, and giving moral support. One of Kelly's strong attributions was knowing when we needed to take a break. I cannot stress the importance of how this process was about selling our home, on our terms, and timeline. Not once did we feel pressured that we needed to hurry up and get our home listed. Kelly was very knowledgeable in helping us find the right price to list our house at. Never did we expect to receive $70,000 over the asking price. Our experience with Kelly was wonderful.
