Charlie was amazing from the first day walking into a model home for inspiration to walking us though the process and finally the closing. Managing four kids under 9, we had visited “Charlie’s house” with multiple different pairings of our kiddos. Charlie leaned into all of our experiences and really made it fun for all of us. Charlie was able to answer some of the oddest questions we had with tact. Charlie seemed like he was always available for us even when we had late nights “just past 8pm” with questions. We really appreciated Charlie’s enthusiasm and professionalism and helped us fall in love with Fieldstone Family Homes due to the amazing experience.

Katyana, was easy to work with, gave good suggestions as to things to do differently, and sold our house in a few weeks. We would definitely use her again!

Had a great experience on both buying and selling a property with Ryan. He knew just what we were looking for and knew what to do to the property we were selling to get the most out of it !!!!! Would highly recommend.

Our family moved to Minnesota from Georgia and had five weeks to buy a home and close on it before my husband started his new job here. Lorie and her husband, Jim, took three full business days to take us around to all the houses we had on our list. On the third day of searching, we put in an offer on our dream lake home! Lorie was instrumental to our home search and was extremely considerate of our time restraints. Her extreme familiarity with the area was crucial. She also helped us navigate through the difficult VA loan process. A+ realtor! Would definitely recommend and use again!
