Like I said very nice and easy to work with I called to see about looking at the house and she had an appointment set up to see it within the hour. From there any questions I had were answered right away through text or phone calls. Never had to wait for an answer.

She maintained that enthusiasm throughout the entire process and was very proactive about getting potential buyers in through showings and an open house. After an offer was in, Nan went out of her way to expediently communicate with the buyer’s agent, lender and us to ensure that everything was moving along towards a successful closing. Nan’s accessibility through the process was very impressive. Our running joke was that I found something to worry about every step of the way. Nan was just great at being available to answer all of my questions and assure me that everything was going just as it should.
