Charlie was amazing from the first day walking into a model home for inspiration to walking us though the process and finally the closing. Managing four kids under 9, we had visited “Charlie’s house” with multiple different pairings of our kiddos. Charlie leaned into all of our experiences and really made it fun for all of us. Charlie was able to answer some of the oddest questions we had with tact. Charlie seemed like he was always available for us even when we had late nights “just past 8pm” with questions. Where does one begin? From the very start of working alongside Kelly Miller to sell our lake home, we knew we were in very competent hands.
