Stephanie was super helpful & informative throughout the whole home buying process.. she made sure we knew everything from the smallest details to the biggest “to-do’s” and genuinely cares about her clients! She is great to work with!!

We had the absolute best experience working with Noelle and can’t recommend her enough. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions (especially being completely new to the process), but she always made us feel comfortable being ourselves and never once made us feel anything less than supported. What stood out most were her integrity and kindness -- we always trusted her guidance and felt confident she was looking out for us every step of the way. She genuinely cared about us as people, not just clients, and always prioritized our safety and wellbeing. Noelle is incredibly knowledgeable and well-researched, and she shared information at whatever level we needed in order to feel comfortable. She truly listened and remembered what we were looking for, so we never felt like just another client. She also went above and beyond in ways she didn’t have to, helping with things outside her role and connecting us with amazing resources for insurance and mortgage support. By the end, she felt more like a friend than a realtor, and someone we could trust and turn to anytime. We’re so grateful for her!!

It was truly a pleasure working with Rachel Jacobs during the sale of my mom's home. I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, Rachel demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the local market and provided invaluable advice on pricing and staging. Her communication was prompt and clear, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, my mom's home sold quickly and for a great price. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Rachel Jacobs to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Will definitely work with Rachel again.

Tami was amazing to work with when we purchased our home in Rochester. We were coming from out of state and her incredible knowledge of the city, the different neighborhoods, and the intricacies of Rochester home buying was amazing! She made an otherwise overwhelming and scary process seem easy and second nature. She was incredibly prompt with communication and help us through all steps of the process!

By far the best realtor I have ever encountered. Honest, knowledgeable and a great negotiator. He went above and beyond when showing us houses. He also ensured we received top dollar for the sale of our home.
